Join us for a creative retreat in the stunning landscape of Puglia, Italy. Enjoy 5 days/4 nights at Masseria Moroseta, an elegant modern country farmhouse with views of Ostuni and the sea set on 5 hectare of organic olive fields. Architectured by Studio Andrew Trotter, experience the peaceful atmosphere between nature, good food, creativity and inspiration.
Get hands on experience learning to sculpt bowls in clay with Tina Frey, spoon carve with Melanie Abrantes, and cooking with Giorgia Eugenia Goggi.

Workshops & Classes

Clay Sculpting with Tina Frey
Guests will learn to sculpt a bowl in a shape and design of their choice taught by Tina Frey.
The clay bowl will subsequently be molded and cast in resin in the Tina Frey Designs Studio in San Francisco and each guest will be sent their finished piece after they return home.

Spoon Carving Workshop with Melanie Abrantes
Using traditional Japanese tools in this wooden spoon carving class, you will learn how to design, carve and hollow out the bowl of the spoon, as well as sand and finish the piece.
It’s a fun class and easy for anyone to learn. The best part is that you get to leave the class with your very own custom creation.

Cooking with Giorgia Eugenia Goggi
An authentic full immersion in the cuisine of the Masseria, the cooking class is an experience that includes the preparation and tasting of a complete menu in “Moroseta” style, from appetizer to dessert.
It is inspired by the Apulian and Mediterranean traditions leaving ample room for creativity.
We use exclusively organic and local raw materials, having a garden with vegetables and aromatic herbs, fruit trees and an olive grove.
