The Palazzo features a beautifully dining room with a cheminée, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dedicated working area. Three grand suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, offer intimate views of the charming village. These suites, with their soaring 5-meter high vaulted ceilings, blend simple elegance with modern comfort. The first suite includes a king-size bed and restored “cementine” flooring, along with a separate toilet room, a bathroom with a shower, and a private courtyard. The second suite also has a king-size bed and an additional reading room that can be converted into two extra beds. It showcases original “cocciopesto” flooring, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace. The third suite features a king-size bed, original flooring, a relaxing bathroom with a panoramic built-in bath, and a private terrace.

Outside, guests can enjoy a sprawling garden with a pergola for al fresco dining, relaxation platforms beneath ancient citrus trees, and a long pool surrounded by a historic colonnade.

Following centuries of abandonment, the Palazzo was meticulously restored by local artisans under the guidance of architect Studio Luca Baldazzi. The restoration preserved all possible historic features and materials, highlighting the mastery of the region’s craftsmanship. RSL Landscape thoughtfully planned the outdoor spaces, preserving the original historic vegetation and creating a homage to the past.

Situated in the heart of Monteroni di Lecce, Palazzo Edmondo offers a delightful escape just steps from the main piazza. Guests can experience the local culture by exploring the nearby food market, savoring artisanal gelato, or browsing the edicola.

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
• A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

• 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
• less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
